Water-Based Mud Processing in The Permian Basin, TX
Stationary Treatment Facilities ("STF")
About this service
Advanced Separation Technology at Dove STF
The Dove Stationary Treatment Facility (STF) represents the pinnacle of advanced waste separation technology. Specializing in the processing of water-based mud and associated cuttings, Dove STF utilizes a sophisticated combination of mechanical shakers and centrifuges. This state-of-the-art dewatering and separation process efficiently extracts usable materials and prepares the residuals for the next steps in waste management, ensuring minimal environmental impact and maximized resource recovery.

Sustainable Waste Routing and Disposal
Once the separation process is complete, the treated waste materials from Dove STF are meticulously handled to ensure sustainable disposal or further use. Depending on their condition and quality, these materials are either routed to saltwater disposal wells (SWD), directed to landfill sites for safe disposal, or segregated for potential reuse or recycling. This strategic routing underscores Desert Environmental’s commitment to sustainability, significantly reducing the overall environmental footprint of waste management.
Commitment to Environmental Excellence
Desert Environmental’s Dove STF is not just about treating waste but transforming it into an opportunity for environmental stewardship. By integrating cutting-edge technology with strategic waste handling and disposal practices, Dove STF exemplifies our dedication to leading the industry towards more sustainable practices. This facility plays a crucial role in our mission to reduce waste, reclaim valuable materials, and ensure that every step in the waste management process aligns with our high environmental and operational standards.
